Welcome

TopComp was founded in 1986 and then incorporated in 1992. We were the first company to utilize Global Positioning Systems (GPS) for
911 purposes in the state of Michigan. Our reputation spread and we have been instrumental in developing the digital mapping standards for many geographical locations. Today we have a client base spread from Alabama all the way to the northern reaches of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. With our diverse client base, we have gained extensive experience in a variety of GIS mapping software and technologies.
